VOM Boost is an energy and nutritional supplement for dogs that require extra energy. The product is categorised as a supplementary feed, made from chicken skin and given as a supplement to another complete feed. This product contains a lot of fat, and animal fat contains over twice as much energy as proteins and carbohydrates. This makes VOM Boost an energy-rich product with high palatability, containing a full 3310 kcal/kg.
The field of use is for very active dogs to be given in small amounts over short periods when they need extra energy. For example, during hunting, dog sledding or other physically demanding training or exercises. The product is intended as a supplement to a complete diet and is given in small amounts!
The dosage will vary depending on factors such as breed, age and activity level, from a couple of teaspoons for small dogs to a couple of tablespoons for larger dogs.
