Salmon is a source of probiotic bacteria that are beneficial for the gut flora, and it also contributes beneficial omega-3 fatty acids such as DHA and EPA.
Like Active Protein Rich, this product also has a lower energy density than the other complete feeds, Active Original and Active Salmon, and is therefore well-suited to dogs that require a lower energy density in their food.
