VOM CAT series

VOM CAT is a complete cat food range consisting of two different mixture: CAT Original and CAT Original with Salmon.

Cats are carnivores, physiologically adapted to a diet consisting of animal-based raw materials. They have a natural preference for leaner protein sources and an essential need for nutrients that only an animal-based diet can provide.

CAT Original

Complete cat food

Composition: Chicken (neck, gizzards), offal, minerals.

Original pose 320g
with meatballs

Original sausage 500g

CAT Original is a versatile complete food for cats. The blend contains ingredients from the leanest parts of the chicken, which provide the cat with protein of very high quality and biological value. These ingredients are also rich in the amino acid taurine, which is an essential amino acid for the cat. Beef liver is a natural source of vitamin A, as well as the B vitamin niacin, which the cat needs to receive directly through its food.

Operator's Guide (with introduction of VOM Cat)

Naturally, a cat is influenced by its mother's food preferences, and the food the kittens are given during weaning is often the one they themselves develop a preference for. The cat is therefore often considered more fussy than the dog, but that doesn't mean it can't be weaned onto a raw food diet in adulthood. Our experience is that through good routines, the cat will adapt well to a different feeding plan, and it is definitely worth it! If you have an outdoor cat, it is already on a raw food diet by hunting and eating mice and small birds.

We recommend a gradual change of food. By nature, cats prefer many small meals throughout the day. VOM Cat meatballs are therefore very convenient.

  • Put the food in the fridge
  • The server is down.
  • Give the cat an undisturbed place to eat.
  • Gradually replaced the cat's old food with VOM

Filling amount – adult

The recommended daily feeding amount for a full VOM Cat diet is approximately 4% of the cat's normal body weight. The amount each individual cat needs varies and depends on several factors, such as age, metabolism and activity level. For example, outdoor cats have a higher energy requirement than indoor cats. Some cats may also have a lower activity level after being neutered.

It is important to remember that this is a guideline amount which must be adapted to each individual cat. We therefore recommend starting with the guideline amount and making any necessary adjustments. VOM Cat can also be combined with other wet or dry cat food.

Filling amount – kitten

VOM Cat can be introduced to kittens from around 4 weeks of age. When kittens are introduced to solid food, this is usually only a supplementary source of nutrition to their mother's milk. Milk from the mother is still the most important source of nutrition. However, as kittens get older and are eating only solid food, their nutritional needs will increase, and the general daily amount of food can be up to 10% of the kitten's body weight. Size, activity level and growth rate vary greatly depending on the breed and the individual. It is therefore important to adjust and tailor the amount. As the kitten grows, it will be necessary to reduce the amount of VOM Cat.

CAT Original with Salmon

Complete cat food

Composition: Chicken (neck, gizzards), salmon (15%), jointed, minerals.

Original with Salmon pose 320g with meatballs

Original with Salmon Sausage 500g

CAT Original with Salmon is an optimal complete food for cats. The blend contains raw materials from the leanest parts of the chicken, which provides the cat with protein of very high quality and biological value. These raw materials are also rich in the amino acid taurine, which is an essential amino acid for the cat. Whole grains are a natural source of both vitamin A and the B vitamin niacin, which the cat needs to receive directly through its food. In addition, the food contains salmon, which contributes the beneficial omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. Omega-3 fatty acids are important for the development of kittens' brains, hearts, vision, nervous systems and immune systems. They also promote a good coat and paw condition, while also having anti-inflammatory properties in the body.
